1. Nature of Services

The Follow-Through Field Guide class, the Follow-Through Field Guide Companion Pack, and the Follow-Through Breakthrough Founding Cohort are educational coaching services intended to provide guidance, tools, reflection exercises, and practical strategies for personal follow-through and progress.

These services are not therapy, counseling, medical care, psychological treatment, or professional medical, legal, or financial advice. They do not diagnose or treat mental health, medical, or neurodevelopmental conditions. Participation is not a substitute for care or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

2. No Guarantee of Results and Personal Responsibility

We are committed to providing thoughtful guidance and useful tools, but we do not guarantee any particular personal, business, financial, or other outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your participation, effort, decisions, circumstances, and how you choose to apply the material.

You remain the authority over your own choices and decisions. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information provided and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.

3. Registration and Attendance

Free live attendance is available for one class session of your choosing. Registration is for the selected live session unless the offer page states otherwise.

Session dates, times, and formats are as listed at registration. We may reschedule or modify a session when reasonably necessary. Registered participants will be notified of material changes as soon as practicable.

4. Paid Products and Pricing

We currently offer:

• The Follow-Through Field Guide Companion Pack - $37 one-time. Includes the digital Follow-Through Field Guide workbook, guided prompts, space to create your return plan, and access to the class recording as described in Section 7.
• The Follow-Through Breakthrough Founding Cohort - Offered at the price displayed on the applicable registration or checkout page. Promotional or Quick Decision pricing and installment payment options may be offered from time to time.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through the third-party payment services associated with our checkout process. By purchasing, you agree to the price and payment option you select at checkout. If you select a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled installment payments shown at the time of purchase.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee, Refunds, and Cancellation by Another Phoenix Rising

Follow-Through Breakthrough Founding Cohort: The Founding Cohort includes a 15-day satisfaction guarantee beginning on the first day of the program, regardless of the date of purchase. If you decide within those first 15 calendar days that the program is not right for you, email Admin@AnotherPhoenixRising.com to request a refund. Any payments already made toward the cohort will be refunded, and any remaining scheduled installment payments will be canceled. If a refund is issued, your access to cohort materials, recordings, and future sessions may be discontinued. After the 15-day guarantee period ends, payments already made are non-refundable, and any remaining payments under an installment plan remain due whether or not you continue participating in the program.

Follow-Through Field Guide Companion Pack: All sales of the Companion Pack are final and non-refundable because the package includes digital materials and recording access that are delivered for your personal use and cannot be returned once access has been provided. This does not limit any refund that may be due if Another Phoenix Rising is unable to deliver the purchased offering as described below.

If Another Phoenix Rising cancels a paid offering and does not provide a reasonably comparable replacement or rescheduled delivery, amounts paid for the undelivered offering will be refunded. If only a portion of an offering cannot be delivered, we may provide a reasonable replacement, rescheduled session, or appropriate refund for the undelivered portion.

6. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

All class content, workbooks, recordings, prompts, exercises, materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Dorri Thompson dba Another Phoenix Rising or used with permission.

Materials are provided for your personal, individual use. You may download or print materials when that functionality is provided and may continue using your lawfully obtained personal copies for your own learning and follow-through practice.

You may not copy for others, reproduce for distribution, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly post, share, republish, or create commercial uses from the materials or recordings without our express written permission. You may not independently record live sessions or share access credentials with another person.

7. Recording and Material Access

Where recording access is included with a purchase or program, we intend to keep those recordings available through the platform without a preset expiration date.

If we later decide to remove or stop hosting recordings that were included with your purchase, we will provide reasonable advance notice and will make the applicable recordings available to you in another reasonable format or provide copies for your personal use, when practicable. Access remains subject to these Terms, including the personal-use and intellectual-property restrictions in Section 6.

8. Participant Conduct and Group Confidentiality

You agree to participate respectfully and lawfully. We may remove a participant from a live session or cohort for disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful, or seriously inappropriate conduct. Removal for misconduct does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

Group coaching may involve participants voluntarily sharing personal experiences, goals, or business information. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose another participant's personal story, identifying information, or confidential business information outside the group without permission. Another Phoenix Rising cannot guarantee that every participant will comply with this expectation.

9. Privacy and Communications

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Another Phoenix Rising Privacy Policy. Registration and course functions are hosted through Mastermind.com, and your use of those services may also be subject to Mastermind.com's applicable privacy practices and terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dorri Thompson dba Another Phoenix Rising will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from participation in or reliance on the services or materials. You participate voluntarily and remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future registrations or purchases. The terms in effect when you register for or purchase an offering will generally govern that transaction unless a later change is required by law, is necessary to protect participants or the service, or you expressly agree to the change. Material changes affecting an active paid program will be communicated when appropriate.
